still fighting......

Ok so back in May of 07' I applied for my disability. I have gotten denied twice. Hired an attorney. And still have not gotten my day in court. My attorney is on my ass about getting his 208.11 for the medical records he has gotten for me. What about my thousands for 2 1/2 years I have not worked? Come on now. Lets be real. The man is going to get a large chunk of my money what is 208.11 holding back. Does this man know my day in court is coming along??? ugh I hate to have to borrow the money but looks as though I may have to in order to get him paid. seems like everytime we think we will have the money something always happens. Like this past week I had the money....terrys truck needed new tie rods. those are an important part of the driving process. SO yeah.....Im waiting and waiting and waiting. I so need this to come through. more then I have needed anything in my life.
