when it rains it pours.......

SO I wrote about the washer pipe which just came apart and didn't bust.

I went to put clothes in the dryer and the ones that were in the dryer were not dry. The heating element is out of the dryer. GOnna have to send it in to get fixed.

Go to cook dinner and the oven wont kick on. Thank goodness hubby was able to fix that.

I tell ya sometimes I wonder why everything happens at once.

Just a few weeks ago something happened with furnace and we had to have it worked on.

grrrrr......

water everywhere!!!!

Ok so I get a rude awakening this morning. I go in to the bathroom as my normal get up and do and I hear water running. So I look around to investigate. The boys room is on one side of bathroom and Tristinas room on the other. Knowing that there is the water lines in the wall of the boys room I go in and open panel and sure enough water is shooting everywhere from the hose. I call Terry to turn around and come back home. He had just left for work.......so he gets back here and I am standing there talking to the boys and he pulls on that hose and low and behold he sprays me on accident with that water. In less then 10 seconds I am soaked!!!! hahaha
He apologizes and shuts the water off on the valve. All within less then 10 minutes of me waking up........SO now......I feel like I cannot get warm after getting shot with cold water!!!!!

Just thought I would share my exciting Saturday morning.

Oh and by the way I was to go to the drs the other day and my PA that I see was in an accident the night before and wasn't at work so had to reschedule. Am gonna try the next route at quitting which is the wellbutrin.
The accident he was in killed the young mother from another post boyfriend. The post about the young mother having the baby and her mother wanting her to give the baby up.

A local man was struck and killed early Monday evening as he attempted to cross the lanes of traffic on US Highway 421, according to the Greensburg Police Department.

On Dec. 8 at approximately 5:57 p.m., the Greensburg Police received a report of a single vehicle accident involving a pedestrian on 421 North adjacent to the new Napoleon State Bank. Upon arrival at the scene of the emergency services personnel, the injured pedestrian, identified as Mark Linville, 21, was located and transported via ambulance to the Decatur County Memorial Hospital.
Due to the extent of his injuries, Linville was later pronounced dead at the hospital at approximately 6:35 p.m. The driver of the vehicle, Kederick Meyers, 60, of Morristown was not injured in the collision.
Preliminary police reports indicate that Linville was walking across the highway when he was struck by the vehicle driven by Meyers, which was traveling north on US 421. The driver of the vehicle did not see him, according to the GPD.
“Speed does not appear to be a factor at this time,” Police Chief Brian Heaton explained. “But the investigation is still ongoing.”
According to Heaton, another car had slowed to turn onto Vandalia Road in front of Meyers. He glanced over to make sure it was safe, and shortly thereafter struck Linville.
He added that it could not be determined which way Linville was headed across the highway, though it was confirmed that Linville did live in the area.
The investigation continues, and the normal processes including full toxicology and laboratory reports have commenced.
The accident is still being investigated by the Decatur County Coroner and the GPD. Also responding to the scene of the incident were the Decatur County Sheriff’s Department, Decatur County EMS and the Greensburg Fire Department.

so sad this young man had his life just going in the right path and he was killed. so sad for my PA (phycians assistant) here he is on a daily basis taking care of the sick and dying. And he wouldn't hurt a sole and ends up on accident hitting this man and killing him.

Ok So I am trying to decide what to do about this quitting smoking. I tried the second go around of the chantix and It didn't work. So I have called the Doctor twice now about getting put on something else to help but so far he hasn't contacted me back. I need to quit I just hate that I ever went back to smoking. What a HUGE mistake on my part!!!!!! So do I try cold turkey? SO I keep bugging the dr wanting to get help? Or Do I try the patches what do I do????????

I just want this to be over again so I can go on and forget about it.

Well my laptop is shot.
It wont start or anything.
Guess Im gonna have to see if my computer guy can get all my info off of it.
Darn it.
Thank goodness I still have the desktop boy oh boy what would I do without a computer until I can get a new one.
We are gonna be shopping around for a new laptop.
Getting a better brand this time around though.

Uncle Update.....

Uncle Charles is leaving Mathodist Hospital tomorrow after having been there 5 long weeks.

He will be recouping in a local Rehab center!!!!!! There he will get therapy to regain all the strength he has lost!!!!!

No more long trips to see him......

Confused.....

How could a grandmother beg her own daughter to give away a precious grandchild???

I just dont understand.

This young mother lives close her little brother is friends with my son. I have been being a friend and confidant to this young girl. she is 20. Lives with her parents and the daddy wants nothing to do with this child. Anywho the young mothers own mother has been begging the daughter to give up her child. SHe is refusing to. The grandmother even went as far as getting a family lined up to take this baby. Anywho.....I gave the young mother several articles of clothing and other things for this baby. Well the grandmother has since gave it all to others and said she done it because they weren't bringing the baby home.

The baby boy was born at 12:32 am on 12/3/08 weighing in at 7 lbs 2 oz and 20 inches long.I have told the young mother that she is more then welcome to come stay with us . Until she can get affordable housing and the things she will need. She has NOTHING for this baby. The hospital will give her a carseat and something for the baby to wear home and a pack of diapers. That is all this young mother has because her mother gave all away that had been givin to her.

I so feel for her. I almost went and bought a few things but I want to make sure that this young mother does as she says she is going to and keeps the baby.

I went tonight to see the lil guy and boy is he a cutie. There is so much more to this story I could go on and on but I wont.
