Hello all thought I better pop in....Im alive just been extremly busy.
I have been getting all my christmas stuff up and doin a lil shopping here and there.
My kids aren't getting as much as normal since I dont work anymore. We have explained that they are getting older and dont need as much. I dont think they believe us though.
A friend of mine who was homeless and her child have moved in. And she pays me for staying here and babysitting her kid. Which is working out nicely so far.
Well I need to get to bed as all I seem to be doing is yawning!!!!
Just wanted to stop in!!!

What I have to be Thankful for.........

Well here it is the eve of thanksgiving.....well being technical since it is past Midnight it is Thanksgiving.....HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO MY BLOG PALS!!!!
I thought I would take today to say what I have to be thankful for This year.
1. MY Family - if it weren't for them I wouldn't be here today esp My mom. MY Kids they are my rocks I love each of them Dearly. My sister she is my bestest Friend and I love her so!!!
2. I'm alive!!!!!! I have made it through another year. Although the year has been full of lots n lots of dr visits test and 1 surgery.
3. I am a NON SMOKER this year......Been many many years since I was a non smoker at Thanksgiving and I am thankful that I dont smoke any more.
4. Dr Warden- For helping me be a NON smoker!!!!!
5. CHANTIX- IF it weren't for the help of Chantix I would still be smoking!!!
6. My online friends.......Shane he is someone who is always there for me when I need to talk to.
7. God......If it weren't for the help and Love of God I wouldn't be here.

I could go on and on but this is a few.
I have been feeling fairly well all week and that is a good thing!!!!
I have been preparing food all day for thanksgiving dinner. I just got done with the last of it for tonight. Its up early in the morning to put on the bird and make noodles. Since I am the noodle queen of my family. I get stuck every holiday making noodles.
well I must go to bed about to fall asleep here. The new meds they gave me for my headaches make me really tired .....

another dr visit

Well I went to the dr today and I am now on 2 new meds for my headaches that I seem to be getting frequently. He says I need to see the Lung specialist again. I told him I have an appointment sometime next month. He says he will send a recommendation to him. hmmm makes me wonder what he is thinking. Oh well guess I will find out.
I do feel better then I have in a while.

this n that....

Well tonight I went with hubby and kids to the new restaurant in town. Called Buffalo wings and rings . Hubby is working there part time. So we got to eat free it was VIP night tonight. We took advantage of the free food. Our waitress was like its free order as much as you want. Well lets see we had a table of appetizers. Loaded potatoe skins, nacho supreme and mozerella sticks. Yum yum then we ordered dinner and Tristina and I had chicken tenders and curly q fries. Tyler had the chicken gyro and chips and terry and tanner had cheeseburgers and fries and also we ordered some wings. I was so stuffed walking out of there I wasn't sure I could get in the van. Haha WE had a good time as a family.
This afternoon we had some extra time and we hung some christmas lights. We have so many lights we have to take our time putting it out. Hubby also made a Stable since I got mary Joseph and baby Jesus at a yard sale this summer. I have wanted one for a long long time and got an awesome deal on them and also got a couple of the animals now I just need the wisemen.
My porch has lights all over it now. Now we have to decorate the tree and bushes out front and get all my blow ups out. I will post a picture once it is all out. And turned on some night.

Old?!

My oldest son turned 14 today. Makes me feel old. Haha I got him what he was wanting he was so excited. All I have heard was him singing all night. He doens't realize he is singing so loud. He got him MP3 player. He loves it. Here is a picture of him with it.....

My sister got him a flash drive and a carrier thing for it....so he is all hooked up with the things he wanted. My mom got him a really kool pocket knife when she was on vacation a while back. My mother in law gave him money which has been burning a hole in his pocket.

well I am gonna go and try to get him to go to bed.

Well here it is I am a month into my lexapro and its going well. I am in a much happier mood.
I still sometimes really feel down but I am more up then down. thank goodness. I haven't felt like tossin any plates as of lately!
Breathing doesn't seem to be getting any better. And since quitting smoking I have noticd more sinus problems then before. Guess we will just have to see.
I started taking vitamins a few days ago and hope that helps me so I am not sick all the time. I just hate being sick.
I am still sleeping a lot during the day. Normally when the kids leave for school I go back to bed. I sometimes cannot go to bed at night :-(
I had started babysitting for a "friend" of mine and she owed me 70 dollars last week and stiffed me so I am not babysitting any longer.
Well as far as smoking.......I still am smoke free and doing well with it. There is times I think it would be nice to have one but then I think of how far I have came and how I dont want to start over. So I turn the other way and stay smoke free. I honestly think if I puffed on one now I would choke to death!!!!

No smoking!!! and such

Well somehow someway I have stopped taking my chantix. Not sure exactly when my last pill was but I know for the last 2 weeks I haven't taken any. And before that it was sometimes I would take it. So I am off the chantix. I am doing ok. I think of cigarettes everyday and remember how it was before but I can't say I really want a cig. I dont have the desire to want a smoke. Which is a great thing.
I am getting to feeling a little better. Thank goodness. I am so tired of being sick. Gonna try to go this week and get flu and pneumonia shots.

Will I ever NOT be sick?

I am so sick n tired of being sick n tired.
Last night I woke up with acid indegestion now I have known for years that I have a hiatal hernia but I have always pretty much kept in under control. Well now its OUT of control again. I actually had a dr appointment today over my new med for depression so I went in for appointment and came out with a new script for the acid trouble.
Went to the dr on Tuesday over the toe from where they took toenail off and she said it looks great and that I need not come back for 3 months!!!!! I was super excited about that!!!!!

Took the kids trick or treating last night . They had a great time. I usually dont go out and spend a fortune on costumes we make our own. Well this year my son went as a football player for our beloved Colts and My daughter went as a Prom queen. She wore my prom dress from high school. She looked so pretty. And my oldest son wasn't going to go this year but decided he would and he wore his dads Martial Arts equipment. we have way to much candy prolly 75% of it will go in trash!!!

Ebay takes a lot of my time anymore. Its pretty much a full time job. But its something I like to do. We have sold a lot and I am about on first name basis with the post office men. Haha
