holy cow......

well I found out now that I have to fight for my disability....they are 27 months behind getting court dates....Unbelieveable........
SO I go see the attorney on Monday.....and it can still be over 2 years before I get to go to court to plead my case.

I have been sick the last couple days. I went to the dr again yesterday and I have upper respiratory infection. I have laid in bed alot the past couple days.

I'm worn out

Just an update on me and my best friend......for the weekend.......I have been to visit my new found best friend quite often today........I am worn out......

Went to my nieces birthday party today then took my kids to the park for a couple hours......they are sleeping peaceful now that I wore them out.....hehee
Now time for Momma to go to bed!!!

My best friend for the weekend!!!!

yesterday I go to the dr over the swelling in my legs.
She listened to my heart and my lungs and thank goodness
there doesn't seem to be any fluid in there at all.
She points out since nov I have gained 25 pounds. She thinks this is all
water weight. she gives me water pills for Fri Sat Sun and Mon and I am to go get
blood work on Monday. I have done nothing but sit on the toilet. She forewarned me
that I would be peeing and peeing and peeing.Well she is right. I was up and down all night
going to the bathroom. So my new found best friend for the weekend is the toilet.
I sure hope this does knock some weight off. Would be nice as a lot of my clothes are no longer fitting.

Speaking of weight.....My sister and I are going to attend a seminar about the lapband surgery. I am not saying anything to my mother as of right now that I am considering it myself as she is very leery of "elective" surgeries. My sister had a bad experience with a surgery a couple years ago and almost died. So since then mom isn't happy if we mention a elective surgery. But for myself I almost dont consider it elective as it may just help a lot of my health issues. I think it would be great if I could get over the diabetes. and I am sure it would help my breathing.
we will see about it anywho......

Denied!!!!!

Well.........I got the letter I have been waiting on today......I got my second denial from Disability. So right away I called the attorney that I called after first denial. I go may 5th to talk to him. I just dont understand how the disability can determine that I can do work. Now get this my last job was sittin on my booty answering phone and selling dish network with a script this is what disability puts on the bottom of the letter " We realize your condition prevented the return to any past jobs However it did not prevent you from doing lighter work." Now what you think about that. I think I have done "lighter work". Well we will just have to get my new attorney to help me get what I deserve.

My breathing isn't getting any better. I called Dr Warden yesterday actually to get results of my blood work and No allergies are coming up in blood work. So he wants to see me in his office may 19th. I wish he came here more often. I think some time when I have one of my attacks I will go to er and see if I can get someone to help me there.

Tonight my feet and legs are so swollen and I rarely swell so dont know what has brought that up.

Candiss had aseizure today.I wonder with her having these seizures how she has lived on her own with the kids because all day she has felt horrible and fallen asleep off and on all day.

The kids are good. Only about a month left of school. I am hoping to get themin some kind of summer program. They need to do something instead of just hanging at home all the time.

Ebay is going fairly well. Today I bought some things at a yard sale and hope I make some good money off those things. I try to list every day. If you read this......my ebay user name is pabbies07

I amdoing good with no smoking I can actually be around people that are smoking and it really doesn't bother me too much. Glad I am a NON smoker!!!!

still smoke free

Yeah I am still smoke free and lovin the fact that I am.......


Tomorrow is Tristinas 12th birthday. She is growing so fast. I will post a bday photo later in the week.
Today we are just sitting around being goofy. We have made our hair goofy and just having fun.

Im feeling "ok" today. Not the best but just ok. I slept late......woohooo

Candiss has killed all the fish in the fishtank. we are down to one fish. Yesterday she killed prolly 10 fish I dont know what she done but slowly one by one they all started dying off. She apologized I wasted all the money to buy new fish 3 weeks ago and now all we have is 1 fish. so I informed her it was her turn to buy all the fishs I was done.......lol

well.......Im off to hang with the kids some more......

Well here I am......I've been MIA for a while and thought I better get busy and write/type a few lines.
I haven't been feeling the greatest. I have been going to sleep much earlier then normal and also I sleep alot during the day. Dont know what the deal is. I been coughing more lately and dont know why either. My blood sugar is all whacked out and the dr is putting me on a dbl dose of meds for it. it is still running high even with me taking meds in AM and PM. so we will see what happens there.
The disability people are sending me to yet another dr for another breathing test. how many of these test do I have to take before they decide that I cannot breath like normal people........This is the 2nd time I have been sent to some strange dr. I guess they have to be sure im not trying to pull a fast one over on them.

So anywho its been a rocky week so far......My blood sugar has been out of whack I have felt like crap.

I went to ling dr he is testing me for allergies thinks that may be a lot of my breathing problems.

so we will see.
