WEl lI had the second sleep study done and all was well. I came home with the CPAP machine and I am going to start using it tonight. My rate is 14 so within 20 minutes of laying down the machine will be from 4-14 .
The new smoke free me is doing ok. I am just taking things one day at a time and hoping that when I am done with the chantix that I can continue to stay free from smoke.
just wanted to post something short tonight I am really super tired so I am heading to bed.

Tabatha, you are doing great, and even off Chantix, you will do just fine, I bet. Hope you got some better sleep with your new machine thingy ;)
