Well here it is 10 days without a Cig. I am doing ok.
Today the humidity was bad and I had a lot of
trouble breathing. Other then that it has been a
great day!
I haven't wanted a smoke all day!!! Thank goodness.
This is the only day that I haven't had one urge.
I am really glad of that.
well more tomorrow......

Wow, Tabatha, that's really awesome. Already at Day 10 and having one of those days without wanting to smoke! From the start I've thought your great attitude would help you out, and it looks like it is and then some. You continue to inspire me every time you make it through another day. Keep going!
