Well today has been a fairly easy day. Haven't had much of a urge at all today. Its went well. I just thought it would be harder then it really has been. I thought I would want to smoke more then I really do. I dont have the urge too much I am sure later on I will miss it more but I think right now I am enjoying the new me to even think about the "old me".
well I am going to bed early tonight and I will post more tomorrow.
